Check-in and reception staff could be better. They seemed inattentive. We had to deal with noise from the corridors, really disruptive. The sound isolation in our room was poor, and we could hear everything happening outside.

The entire hotel is decorated in an excellent taste. The hotel location is superb and the fact that there are quiet court side rooms available for those who like to sleep with windows open is an asset. One can immagine a different picture with the street side rooms as the nearby clubs have a rather boisturous night crowd. The reception desk desk staff (with one exception) is extremely professional, competent, and pleasant.
The breakfest attendant leaves a bit to be desired. Tends to chat away with collegues in the kitchen are and is not that attentive to the clientele. Oddly enough for a 4 star hotel the sauna undresing and relaxing area after the sauna is the size of a shower (sic!). Standing room only

Wonderful small traditional hotel with reasonable value, we had a comfortable stay. In general the service was good. The location of the property was good - just a short walk away from a Roman Catholic basilica.

missingWrote a review on 25 Octlackluster amenitiescold air
The hotel was merely okay, with inadequate bathroom hooks and luggage space, unacceptable for such a so-called hotel. I woudl have left a glowing review but expected proper treatment and extra amenities, like a complimentary drink or an upgrade for the inconvenience. Even the air conditioning was more noise than breeze. Disappointing, to say the least.

Quirky, clean hotel with amazingly nice personnel on the reception desk. Nice building and rooms with tea and coffee. Lovely and incredible breakfast including coffee and tea...
